Guarani Indian children and crafts

Three of the Guarani Indian children boarded our catamaran from Paraguay. They brought with them crafts included wood carvings of animals and birds and also bead jewelery which there village had made. The crafts were quite simple - but the children were really very shy and sweet.

The amazing part is that they stayed on the boat and returned to Argentina. It did not appear they had anyone to meet them and to take them back to their village - which would require crossing into Brazil first then into Paraguay. No one seemed to know what would happen to the children. But while we were waiting on our driver - someone picked them up.
