We are celebrating our wedding anniversary - while under sail just west of the Leeward Islands, French Polynesia! Once during a long cruise Oceania prepares the most fabulous high tea - photos below.
Darrell and I had dinner in Toscana - we have been aboard an Oceania ship 3 times when we were celebrating or anniversary - we went to Italy on our honeymoon - so we enjoy having a tastee of Italy from Toscana! Plus the staff makes it such a fantastic evening! Also - our friends Steve and Patricia had a bottle of champagne waiting to surprize us! And of course the staff had a wonderful cake! Champage, cake, sailing in the South Pacific - a pretty good anniversary I'd say!!
High Tea:
The entire culinary staff goes "all out" to put on a show for the High Tea event of the cruise!!
White gloved service! But the pastries are amazing - so creative and delicious!
The ice sculptures are another level of presentation!
