Drive from Nairobi southeast to Amboseli National Park. We entered the park through the Iremito Gate. This park is mainly Maasai Lands and is in the plains below Mount Kilimanjaro.
The Eastern wildebeest - just a little different from the Western wildebeest we had previously seen in the Masai Mara.
Three parts to a wildebeest:
1. The Horn of a Cape Buffalo
2. The head of a grasshopper
3. The Tail of a horse
Amboseli is know for the elephants including some huge "tuskers" We saw these elephants just after entering the gate
