We had a delightful visit with Lars' Mother Dagney and Lars' sister Karolina. They had prepared a mini smorsgasbord for us with several kinds of beer and wine as well as many tasty bites. Dagney's flat is in a building from the 1800's with a waterfront view - in a section of old town called Sodermalm. We were able to walk from Gamla Stan pass the "Slussen" into Sodermalm - then a short (but steep) walk to her home.
Darrell had visited with Dagney before and of course had met Karolina - but it was my first opportunity to meet them. But it was like seeing old friends again as they welcomed us.
